about us - rebuild physio

Rebuild Physio Glenelg was founded with the aim of empowering people to regain control over their physical health. Our vision is to provide not just professional physiotherapy treatment and guidance, but to also give you the tools to take the proactive approach to your injury and pain to help prevent this in the future. To Rebuild is to first understand what has led up to your injury and pain. Then, with careful planning and guidance, address these factors to restore your movement and build your bodies resilience allowing you to return to doing what you love. As your Glenelg physio, we understand your goals are as diverse as you are. Be it putting on your sports shoes for the weekend match, exercising in the gym, striding out for your run, or chasing your kids around the yard, we are with you at every step of the way. At Rebuild Physiotherapy Glenelg, we aim to not just provide a service; but to be right by your side as you rebuild, celebrating every win on your journey as YOU reclaim YOU.
